His travels through South America marked a turning point, immersing him in the worlds of ancestral wisdom, plant medicine, and sacred music. These experiences cracked open a deeper understanding of healing and presence—rooted in ritual, rhythm, and connection to the Earth.
Today, Órun holds space through Kundalini Yoga, conscious breathwork, and sound healing, weaving together these modalities into powerful sessions of release, alignment, and awakening. His work is deeply somatic, intuitive, and anchored in both structure and surrender.
With years of experience in mantra chanting, emotional alchemy, and ceremony, he creates transformative journeys supported by live instruments like violin, didgeridoo, looping vocals, and medicine songs. His approach to sound is not performance, but prayer—using vibration as a bridge between the visible and invisible, between tension and flow.
Órun is also the creator of music and ritual spaces that invite expression, movement, and reconnection. Whether guiding a group through the chakras or holding a healing session, his intention remains the same: to help others remember the power and presence within themselves.
At the retreat, he will guide daily Kundalini Yoga classes, chakra-focused breathwork journeys, and sound healing sessions, bringing together science, spirit, and soul to support your transformation.
With over two decades of experience in reflexology, craniosacral therapy, somatic energy work, and mindfulness-based healing, Alice helps people move through stuck patterns, emotional holding, and energetic imbalances by returning them to the wisdom of their energy centers. The chakra system as a grounded, soulful journey from root to crown.
Through the 7 Centers Release Retreat and related offerings, Alice invites others to explore their internal landscape one center at a time — uncovering what has been held, forgotten, or silenced within each layer. From the safety of the root to the expansion of the crown, she facilitates a process of remembering:
– how to feel
– how to trust
– how to return to the self as a whole and living being.
Whether through guided meditation, guided meditation, somatic inquiry, story unfolding, or hands-on treatment, Alice holds space for people to explore their blocks with honesty and compassion. Her approach blends therapeutic skill with intuitive presence, gently helping clients and students recognize where energy has stopped flowing and offering practices that invite it to return.
This chakra-based path is not just about awakening light; it’s about honoring the energy as it rises, meeting the body, and embracing the full spectrum of human experience. Alice works with both individuals on their personal healing journey and practitioners learning to guide others through this process.
Her work expands beyond the retreat space through online courses, a published mindfulness workbook, and a growing library of guided meditations, videos, and reflections. Alice is also in the process of authoring a series of books that explore the stages of the human experience, from the disconnection of shadow, to the remembering of self, to the illumination of one’s unique light.
Every offering she shares, from creative content to immersive retreats, carries the same invitation: to soften, to listen, and to allow healing to rise from within.
No matter where you enter the journey, you’ll find yourself held in a space that is steady, safe, and free of judgment. With Alice, there is no pressure to be anywhere other than where you are. You are welcome here, fully, gently, and always just as you are.

Whether he’s flying a drone over a sunrise ceremony or capturing the subtle emotional arc of a retreat participant, John’s lens is a portal that honors both the seen and the unseen.
Inspired by nature, consciousness, ancient wisdom, and emerging technology, John is also exploring next-gen projects such as a VR-based livestream metaverse and interactive AI experiences. His work invites audiences to reconnect with themselves and the world around them through beauty, truth, and creative reflection.
